To Assign Comp-Off Policy for Employees

There are three ways to assign a Comp-off policy for employees :

1. Through Staff Attendance Module

a) By Comp-off policy Assign button.

b) By Comp-off policy button

2. Through quick add

  1. Through Staff Attendance Module.

a) By Comp-off policy Assign button.

Go to Staff Attendance-->Holiday Week-off / Comp-off-->Comp Off Policy Assign on the home page.

On Holiday Week-off / Comp-off, select Comp Off Policy Assign.

Or select Holiday Week-off / Comp-off on the left navigation bar.

Then select Comp Off Policy Assign.

Click on the Assign button in the top right corner to assign an already existing Comp-Off Policy.

In the Select Comp-Off Policy menu, click on the Search button to view the policies.

If you need to move to the previous page, click on the Back button in the top right corner.

Now, you can select the policy by clicking on the Select action.

In the Add Employee to Assign Comp-Off menu, the Comp-off policy details will be provided.

If you need to move to the previous page, click on the Back button in the top right corner.

Click on the Search button to view the employee list.

Select the employees for whom we need to assign a Comp-off policy.

Provide the From and To Year for the policy and then click on the Save button.

b) By Comp-off policy button

Go to Staff Attendance-->Holiday Week-off / Comp-off-->Comp Off Policy on the home page.

On Holiday Week-off / Comp-off, select Comp Off Policy.

Or select Holiday Week-off / Comp-off on the left navigation bar.

Then select Comp Off Policy.

Click on the Search button to view the already existing policy.

The already existing policy will be listed.

Click on Add Employee button which redirects to another page.

Click on "Search" button which displays the list of employees.

Now select the employees,enter the start and end month, and click on the  "save" button.

2. Through quick add

We can also use the Search menu for quick searches.

Use the keyword "comp off policy" to find the Comp-Off Policy Assign menu. Now you can assign any Comp-Off policy for an employee.
