To View Insight(staff Payroll)

  1)Through the Staff Payroll module

  2)Through quick search

1)Through the Staff Payroll module

     Go to Staff Payroll Module-->Reports menu-->Insight.

 You can view the insight either branch-wise or employee-wise.

Branch wise:-

 You can view the insight as on the present month or you can change the month as you want and get the insight.

 Click on the "Analyse" button to get the insight.

 You can see the list of insights like Pay items/Salary Component, Standard deduction, Salary Template, Salary Structure, etc.

 If you want to view any particular insight, select it from the dropdown.

 You can print the insights by clicking on the "Print" button.

Employee wise:-

 Click on "Employee wise" to view the insight of the employee.

 Click on the "search" button to view the list of employees.

 Click on the "Analyse" button to analyze the details of a particular employee.

 You can see the list of insights like Salary Structure, Loan , Allowance-Bonus, Salary, etc.

 If you want to view any particular insight, select it from the dropdown.

 You can print the insights by clicking on the "Print" button.

2)Through quick search

 We can also use the Search menu for quick searches.

 Use the keyword " ins" to find the insight button.

 Click on the "insight"(Staff Payroll) button which redirects to the insight page.
