To Add Employee Suspension

Suspension at the workplace is a temporary termination of employment.

Employee Suspension can be done in  4 ways:

  • Method 1: Go to Employee Module > Click on Reports > Suspension in the left navigation bar.
  • Method 2: Go to Employee Module > Select the "Suspension" button in the Reports menu or scroll down and select the"Add Suspension" button in the Reports menu.

  • To add suspension to an employee, Click on the "Add" button at the top right corner.
  • Click on the "Search" or  "Advanced search" button to view a list of employees.
  • Now click on the "Select" action to add Suspension for an individual employee.

  • Select the FROM and TO Date of suspension using the calendar and also the Reason for suspension (*Mandatory).
  • Save the Suspension using the "Save" button.
  • Method 3: Go to Employee Module >Employees menu >click on the "Search" button and Select the "Suspension" action of an individual employee.
  • Click the "Add" button on the top right corner.
  • Select the FROM and TO Date of suspension using the calendar and also the Reason for suspension (*Mandatory).
  • Save the suspension using the "Save" button.
  • Method 4: Click on the highlighted search box in the page's header or type in the item you want to access in the Search box and choose the filtered result. This will give you quick and easy access to the menu.
